The EZ4-S is an ultra-compact manual spin coater designed for space-limited labs, glove box operations and teaching. With an A4-sized footprint and lightweight design, it supports up to 4-inch substrates. Equipped with a brushless DC motor and digital controller, it ensures stable operation. Featuring solvent-resistant HDPE chamber and transparent safety cover, it’s suitable for photoresist coating, organic film and nanomaterial preparation, ideal for micro/nano labs, universities and startup teams.

Wide Compatibility & Safe Design: Universal vacuum turntable supports 10mm fragments to 4-inch wafers (with optional holders). HDPE chamber resists acids, alkalis and organic solvents, easy to clean. Transparent PC safety cover with lock prevents splashing.
